Your Word Store was once again ISO 17 100 certified for 3 years, until 2024. This audit was carried out by the certification body Linguacert.

What is ISO 17100:2015?

ISO 17100 frames the international regulations that govern translation professionals. In plain English, this means that Your Word Store complies with the strictest translation standards, guaranteeing you an impeccable job. Levels of requirements are set out in our processes and apply to all our employees, with the aim of offering our customers the best possible translation. ISO 17100 certification is your guarantee that Your Word Store translation agency will meet your deadlines and deliver impeccable quality.

In addition, this standard promotes the development of our employees’ skills (specifically through ongoing training): each of our translators has access to it to maintain and develop their skills.

Double-checking at the heart of our processes

As always at Your Word Store, our translations are proofread by a proofreader who has the same training as the translator who produced the translation.

The selection of our staff is meticulous, and the selection tests for our translators are strict: they must meet certain criteria, such as having a postgraduate degree in translation and professional experience in translation.

17100 certification is your guarantee of the highest level of quality from your translation agency.

Are you looking for a translation agency?

Our teams of certified translators and project managers are standing by to study your project and support you in your international development.
